Purim is in the Air ;-)

Bev & Rayne

This is a spectacular time of year; our 8th Graders led a fantastic Maccabiah

(make sure to watch the slide show – oh and post it on Facebook 😉

for all your family to see!)

so many of you ordered SHAlaoch Manot, { Thank you Bev & Rayne }

so many of you are packing and delivering them and plans of next week’s Purim Celebration and carnival are underway.

It’s the flurry of mitzvoth and Jewish life, I think that most captivates me – and seeing students, teachers and parents join in is just wonderful.

Thank you to all of you who have participated in our Parent Survey.

I know it is not a quicky – so much appreciation for your time.

Folks are always asking me what they can do for SHA – here’s the short list;

  • Be an SHAmbassador for SHA  help spread the word. SHA right now is the largest Jewish Day School is Seattle. Having four closed classes out of thirteen (four Early Childhood & six Lower School & three Middle School) we are hungry for more closed classes. The more students in the classes that we already have the more resources we will be able to leverage for best learning for our students. So go ahead, talk up SHA to your friends, family and neighbors.
  • Bring a Visitor to SHA  We love visitors. The more people who have never been to SHA see SHA the better it is for SHA; more visibility and more folks connecting to SHA.

Thank you for all you do for SHA!
